Born in Arkansas and raised in San Diego County, California, I began my career in the real estate industry in 1984 as an escrow receptionist. My aunt was a top producing escrow officer with a book-load of business, and she offered me a rapid-paced opportunity to learn to become an escrow officer myself. Over the next few years, I processed over 144,000 transactions and closed over $82 billion in sales. I quickly realized I had a passion for the real estate market (and a keen skill for interior design).
I officially acquired my real estate license in 2009. Known for my extensive knowledge in the real estate industry, I am highly inspired to promote economic growth in our neighborhoods. I value families and take pride in homeownership and building lifetime relationships. I take enjoyment with over-communicating and over-service, and work hard to satisfy the needs of my clients.
After raising four wonderful children as a stay-at-home mom, my entrepreneurial spirit launched into overdrive, resulting in a family day care business. I then established many additional successful businesses, including a janitorial franchise, a high-end hair salon, a transitional living assistant, a wholesale auto dealership and, of course, a real estate business.
With Par-Don Group, Inc., I am combining these entities under one roof to continue to provide the best customer service as a corporate consulting group. I am not a salesperson; I am an educator. I have earned the respect of my clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and helping them to make best choices as well as offering candid advice, and I look forward to continuing to make a difference in our communities with Par-Don Group, Inc.
